Matthew 23 Verse 33 Meaning

Matthew 23 verse 33

Verse 33 You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell?

Verse 33 Meaning

When Jesus was talking to the Sudaicees and Pharisees in the temple about what type of people they actually were and what they were doing wrong in the synagogs and in their teachings, he said to them “How will you escape being condemned to hell”.

We have to be very careful about how we conduct our lives. If you were not sure or if you believe there is no hell then you are very wrong. Jesus is telling us in this sentence that there is a hell, and one can be sent there.

There is going to be the day of judgment. Everyone that has lived on this earth will be judged according to what they have done in their lifetime.

So let’s not take this likely. Let’s live by the commandments and by God’s will so that we do not be condemned to hell.

I would like to ask you. Is it worth taking a chance? Or would you rather be more certain that you will be allowed into heaven and eternal life?

I beg of you to ask Jesus for the forgiveness of all your sins. Accept Jesus into your life. Allow Jesus to show you the correct path to take to enter into eternal life.

Read the bible and allow this book to guide you. Jesus will your whole body with the holy spirit which will guide you to righteousness and love. Follow Jesus as he is the son of God who died on the cross for you, so you are able to enter into eternal life and not hell.
